PARTICIPATION FEES

Participation fees include :

• Participation in an atelier as well as Daily Open Singing

• Free admission to all festival concerts 

• For participating choirs, the possibility to give a concert

• Shuttle bus from the airport to the festival village site

• Bus transfer for the performances scheduled by the festival

• Full board accomodation option in single rooms in the Festival Village or lunches and dinner option

 

Participation fees do not include :

• Scores needed for the ateliers

 

Participation fees differ according to the country of residence, with a solidarity system offering cheaper rates for participants from Cameroon and from other parts of Africa.

The festival will be hosted by the Festival Village and all rehearsals as well as many of the concerts will happen there, in the city center.

Choirs not wishing to stay in single rooms can book a hotel in Yaounde. They will pay a reduced participation fee but will have to cover all costs of their hotel stay as well as transportation costs to and from the Festival Village.
